  • Facilitate compensation plan creation, administration, payout, and reporting

Required Qualifications
  • Expertise in designing, managing, and launching new compensation plans
  • Experience in change management and influencing complex decisions
  • Minimum 3-6 years of SaaS experience in operations
  • Data and visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Anaplan)
  • Successful senior stakeholder engagement, especially with sales teams
