Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end monthly compensation processing for all sales teams
- Facilitate compensation plan creation, administration, payout, and reporting
- Analyze sales data to evaluate and improve compensation structures
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in designing, managing, and launching new compensation plans
- Experience in change management and influencing complex decisions
- Minimum 3-6 years of SaaS experience in operations
- Data and visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Anaplan)
- Successful senior stakeholder engagement, especially with sales teams
