Prepare and enter sales data for processing of sales commissions
Collect team input, document, define user stories, and prioritize system enhancements for the sales commission platform
Perform audits to ensure accuracy of commission payments and contribute to process documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of project management experience
4+ years of Sales Compensation experience
Expert Excel skills
Preferred knowledge of sales compensation administration and systems
