Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join their Sales Compensation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer sales variable payments and ensure compliance with commission policies
  • Maintain and distribute sales compensation plan documents and address inquiries related to commissions
  • Support commission plan setup and contribute to process improvements for Sales Compensation operations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Compensation role, preferably in a high-growth technology company
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience with automated sales commission systems
  • Demonstrated success in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
