Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join their Sales Compensation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer sales variable payments and ensure compliance with commission policies
- Maintain and distribute sales compensation plan documents and address inquiries related to commissions
- Support commission plan setup and contribute to process improvements for Sales Compensation operations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Compensation role, preferably in a high-growth technology company
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience with automated sales commission systems
- Demonstrated success in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
