Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and document sales compensation plans, commission rules, and incentive programs
  • Build and maintain compensation models and manage payout calculations
  • Produce reporting and dashboards for leadership and act as the primary contact for compensation inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, incentive design, or sales operations
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Experience with CRM and compensation/commission tools
  • Stakeholder management experience and ability to explain complex rules
