Job Summary
Driving sales performance in a remote setting, the full-time Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will design and enhance compensation strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth and seller productivity.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related fields
- Expertise in sales compensation and analytics, with proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Tableau
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive effective outcomes through sound judgment
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration to enhance processes and meet strategic goals
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
