Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to own monthly calculation and accurate payment for all sales commissions, drive continuous improvement, and update sales employees' records and incentive statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and validate monthly commission payments for sales employees based on Sales Compensation plan
  • Maintain accurate sales employees records and update quota and variable changes
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing activities and identify opportunities for process streamlining
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in sales compensation, finance, accounting or related field
  • Experience in administering sales commissions and using incentive systems
  • Experience in high-growth, performance-focused environments
  • Strong PC/Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA & SQL skills desired
