Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to own monthly calculation and accurate payment for all sales commissions, drive continuous improvement, and update sales employees' records and incentive statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and validate monthly commission payments for sales employees based on Sales Compensation plan
- Maintain accurate sales employees records and update quota and variable changes
- Lead User Acceptance Testing activities and identify opportunities for process streamlining
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years of work experience in sales compensation, finance, accounting or related field
- Experience in administering sales commissions and using incentive systems
- Experience in high-growth, performance-focused environments
- Strong PC/Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA & SQL skills desired
