Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Compensation Analysts, ensuring effective commission processing and reporting
- Design and implement competitive commission plans aligned with business strategy and provide insights to senior leadership
- Oversee accurate commission payouts and maintain compliance and documentation for governance processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, HR, or related fields
- 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, business analysis, finance, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or technology environments
- 3+ years of people management experience, leading analysts or compensation operations teams
- Experience in high-growth, pre IPO, or public company environments is a plus
