Key Responsibilities

• Build agent and broker relationships while identifying partnership opportunities
• Seek opportunities to cultivate brokerage markets and manage broker relationships
• Create and execute a marketing plan to increase new and renewal business

Required Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage or insurance sales within the HR or benefits space
• Well-established relationships with benefits brokers
• Desire to build a business, not just a book of business
• Self-starter with a strong motivation to achieve
• Experience in building sales teams and managing relationships
