Job Summary
Experienced in consultative sales, the full-time Senior Sales Consultant will drive business development and sales of workforce solutions to new clients across multiple geographies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a consultative sales strategy to increase new opportunities in the sales pipeline
- Manage the entire sales cycle and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support pursuit strategies
- Build and maintain extensive client and industry networks to foster strong relationships and drive engagement
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of proven sales success in a consultative and professional services environment, preferably in BPO
- Experience selling across the Americas with a focus on multiple solutions
- Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on developing personal and professional connections
- Ability to challenge conventional thinking and tailor insights to meet stakeholder needs
- Independent thinker with a strong sense of personal responsibility for achieving organizational goals
