Job Summary
To support a growing consultancy, the full-time Senior Sales Consultant will work remotely to optimize client sales processes, provide expert training on sales methodologies, and mentor fellow consultants in enhancing service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and optimize client sales and service processes, designing scalable strategies to achieve client goals
- Stay updated on sales and service best practices, providing recommendations and expertise in HubSpot and other CRM tools
- Develop and implement training plans for technology adoption and change management, while mentoring fellow consultants
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales consulting, revenue operations, or B2B sales strategy
- Certified instructor in Sandler, Winning by Design, Dale Carnegie, or similar methodologies preferred
- Proven expertise in sales process design and CRM requirements gathering
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent CRM platforms
