Job Summary
Acting as a strategic coordinator, the remote Senior Sales Contracting Manager will manage the commercial contracting process by aligning Sales, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure efficient execution of customer agreements while identifying process improvements and driving accountability throughout the deal lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams to support customer contracting from pre-deal structuring through execution
- Act as the primary cross-functional coordinator during commercial negotiations to drive alignment on deal terms
- Build scalable systems and processes to enhance contracting efficiency and cycle times
Required qualifications
- At least 12 years of related experience plus a Bachelor's degree
- Preference for direct experience negotiating PPA, tolling, lease, and other financed contracts
- Experience working cross-functionally with strong project management skills
- Proficiency with CRM and contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign)
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority deals in a fast-paced environment
