Job Summary
Leading the transformation of the CRM landscape, the full-time Senior Sales Data Governance Analyst will manage the migration of sales data from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring data integrity and supporting sales teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end CRM migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring data accuracy and minimal disruption
- Partner with executive leaders to implement process improvements and drive user adoption of new systems
- Conduct thorough reviews and establish new Sales Account requests, maintaining data completeness and compliance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Data Governance, Sales Support/Operations, or similar CRM-focused roles
- Direct experience supporting sales organizations
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, with a proven track record in CRM migrations
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence change
- In-depth understanding of business legal structures and account management
