Senior Sales Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Manager, Logistics/Transportation (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for business development in logistics, transportation, and direct-to-patient services
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and tailor solutions
• Monitor service line performance and opportunity pipeline, ensuring revenue goals are met or exceeded

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a science-related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, particularly in cell and gene therapy logistics
• Experience in cold storage, logistics, or supply chain outside the life sciences industry is acceptable
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com for opportunity pipeline management and forecasting
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
