Senior Sales Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Manager, Logistics/Transportation (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for business development in transportation, logistics, and direct-to-patient services
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and internal stakeholders to align strategies and meet revenue goals
• Monitor service line performance and provide insights for continuous improvement based on market dynamics and client feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, logistics, or science-related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, particularly in cell and gene therapy transportation and logistics
• Experience in cold storage, logistics, or supply chain management is also considered
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com for opportunity pipeline management and forecasting
