Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Development Managers and representatives, focusing on their professional growth and performance
  • Define and execute the outbound pipeline generation strategy for the North America market, targeting new customers and product adoption
  • Foster a culture of learning and high performance through collaboration with Sales Enablement, ensuring teams have the necessary skills and tools
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in SAAS
  • 2+ years as a second-line leader in Business Development and/or Sales in SAAS
  • 2+ years in a closing sales role (e.g., Account Executive) in SAAS
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor frontline managers into senior leadership roles
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to forecast and develop strategies based on performance insights
