Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Sales Development Representatives, Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a geographically dispersed Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to drive lead qualification and pipeline creation
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to design and implement strategies for pipeline acceleration and new-logo development
  • Oversee inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to ensure sales-ready opportunities meet targets
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role for a Sales Development team
  • 4+ years of inside sales experience
  • Experience leading teams across multiple countries and time zones
  • Familiarity with technical products in the high-tech industry
  • Process-oriented approach to lead management
