Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Manager to lead a successful SDR team and drive pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, coach, and develop SDR Managers while managing a small group of individual contributors
  • Directly manage the inbound SDR team and refine messaging for organization-wide implementation
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts for high-performing SDRs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SDR/BDR management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep technical proficiency in core sales tech stack including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proven track record of recruiting and onboarding high-performing sales development talent
  • Preferred expertise in the Challenger Sales Methodology and MEDDPIC qualification framework
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without stipulations
