Job Summary
Leading the US Strategic team, the full-time Senior Sales Development Manager will define and execute outbound strategies, coach a team of Sales Development Representatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve strong business results
- Optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting to increase revenue and align with company goals
- Utilize data and performance metrics to enhance team productivity and drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development or SaaS sales with a proven track record of top performance
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong.io, Outreach, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator
- Experience in creating and delivering effective training programs with measurable results
- Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
