Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of outbound qualified leads using AI for high-velocity prospecting
- Spend 3-4 hours daily on cold calling to source meetings for the New Business Director
- Manage multiple AI tools to optimize workflows and oversee the performance of AI agents
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of outbound SDR/sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Ability to spend 3+ hours a day on high-energy, high-impact phone calls
- Strong curiosity about AI's role in modern sales and experience with various AI tools
- Capability to write strategic emails and engage professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives
- A willingness to collaborate across the sales team and adapt in a dynamic environment
