Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage senior decision-makers and drive meaningful conversations to open and maintain sales opportunities
- Serve as the first point of contact for influential leaders in healthcare, shaping the sales process
- Contribute to building a world-class sales engine while developing expertise in healthcare and commercial strategy
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proven ability to conduct cold outbound outreach targeting Director/VP-level and C-suite personas
- Experience conducting structured discovery and qualifying sales opportunities
- A self-starter with a desire to grow and take ownership in the sales process
- Bonus: Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or specialty physician groups
