Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Sales Development Representative to connect with prospects and schedule meetings with the Account Executive Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients through cold calls and emails to schedule discovery meetings with their Account Executive
- Manage an inbound lead queue, qualifying leads for further action and presenting the company professionally
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services while building long-term trusting relationships
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field
- 2-5 years experience in a sales capacity
- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and cadence software (e.g., Groove/SalesLoft)
