Senior Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative-SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executive to develop outreach and engagement strategies
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion
• Maintain outreach metrics, achieving targets for lead generation and scheduled meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
• Experience or familiarity within the beauty or wellness industry is a strong plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
• Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills in a remote environment
