Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of outbound qualified leads, achieving quotas through AI-driven prospecting
- Conduct 3-4 hours of cold calling daily to source meetings for New Business Directors
- Manage multiple AI tools and oversee the performance of AI agents for optimal workflow
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of outbound SDR or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Ability to spend 3+ hours on the phone daily for high-impact prospecting
- Strong curiosity about AI's role in modern sales and experience with various AI tools
- Capability to write strategic emails and engage with C-suite and VP-level executives
