Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to build its outbound sales engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outbound prospecting into property management companies managing HOA and COA communities
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of meetings for the AE team through multi-channel outreach
  • Help build and refine outbound cadences, messaging, and targeting strategies alongside sales leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Some professional experience in a customer-facing, sales, or business development role
  • Comfort with making phone calls and engaging in real conversations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, or willingness to learn
  • Curiosity about AI and sales technology and a desire to use them effectively
  • A track record of competing and winning in various areas such as sales, sports, or academics
