Job Summary
To support go-to-market efforts, the fully remote Senior Sales Development Representative will research and connect with prospects in healthcare, generating qualified meetings for Account Executives while aligning work hours with Eastern Standard Time.
Key responsibilities
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Run high-volume outbound outreach through cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling
- Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC, and book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a customer-facing B2B role (SaaS preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools like Outreach or SalesLoft
- Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
- Self-starter who can stay organized and accountable in a fully remote environment
- Technically comfortable discussing APIs, HIPAA compliance, and cloud solutions
