Job Summary
Owning outbound pipeline generation for net new Strategic Accounts, the full-time Senior Sales Development Representative will conduct high-volume prospecting, train new SDRs, and maintain CRM discipline while working in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage outbound prospecting into defined strategic accounts and municipal opportunities
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings
- Train and onboard new SDRs by developing the outbound playbook and conducting coaching sessions
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of generating net new accounts through cold outbound efforts
- Strong cold-calling skills with demonstrated results
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and multi-channel outreach
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM for maintaining pipeline hygiene
- Ability to mentor and train other sales representatives
