Job Summary

Owning outbound pipeline generation for net new Strategic Accounts, the full-time Senior Sales Development Representative will conduct high-volume prospecting, train new SDRs, and maintain CRM discipline while working in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage outbound prospecting into defined strategic accounts and municipal opportunities
  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings
  • Train and onboard new SDRs by developing the outbound playbook and conducting coaching sessions
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record of generating net new accounts through cold outbound efforts
  • Strong cold-calling skills with demonstrated results
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and multi-channel outreach
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM for maintaining pipeline hygiene
  • Ability to mentor and train other sales representatives
