Job Summary
Driving outbound sales initiatives, the full-time Senior Sales Development Representative will autonomously generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic cold calling and AI-driven tools while collaborating closely with New Business Directors to facilitate business growth in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of outbound qualified leads, achieving quotas through AI-enhanced prospecting
- Spend 3-4 hours daily on cold calling to source meetings for New Business Directors
- Manage and optimize multiple AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and agent performance
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of outbound SDR or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Strong curiosity about AI and its application in modern sales processes
- Ability to engage professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives through strategic communication
- Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to the evolution of the sales engine
