Job Summary
Driving pipeline generation, the full-time Senior Sales Development Representative will lead the SDR team as a player-coach, optimizing performance through outbound prospecting and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own individual pipeline targets through inbound and outbound prospecting to exceed quarterly goals
- Lead by example, coaching teammates on prospecting techniques and supporting onboarding and skill development
- Develop and execute scalable outreach strategies while maintaining reporting and CRM hygiene
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Pipeline Generation
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline goals
- Experience with inbound and outbound prospecting
- Proficiency in sales technologies such as HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise SaaS environments
