Job Summary
Owning and rebuilding the outbound pipeline generation engine, the full-time remote Senior Sales Development Representative Lead will strategically target engineering leaders and technical buyers while managing prospect lists, executing outbound campaigns, and tracking pipeline metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Identify target accounts and manage prospect lists to align with the company's ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Own the marketing-sourced pipeline, tracking meetings, conversion rates, and opportunities through the sales funnel
- Document best practices and workflows while coaching future Sales Development Representatives as the team grows
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B technology Sales Development role, preferably in cybersecurity
- Proven track record of developing and executing outbound plays that convert leads into revenue opportunities
- Strong cold calling skills with experience engaging senior decision-makers
- Experience building outbound campaigns from scratch
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
