Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Director to manage the entire sales cycle and enhance employee experiences through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on broker relationships and benefit strategies
- Deliver compelling demonstrations of the benefits suite to brokers and employers, both online and in-person
- Achieve sales goals and manage a pipeline while maintaining strong communication with broker partners
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience selling HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, Commuter, and HRAs
- Existing relationships with distribution partners (brokerage firms)
- Experience working with employers, providers, or consultants on employee benefit programs
- Direct selling experience to employers
- Bachelor's degree
