Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales - Drybar.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and shape the commercial strategy in partnership with the VP of Sales to deliver growth
• Own key customer relationships and manage day-to-day sales operations for assigned accounts
• Lead and develop direct reports while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 12+ years of experience within the prestige beauty or related industry
• Retailer experience with ULTA and Sephora
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• MBA preferred
