Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Directors to achieve revenue and activity objectives
  • Own and execute the Local Government segment sales strategy and translate corporate strategy into actionable plans
  • Maintain executive-level presence and build senior-level customer relationships across city and county governments
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Sales Directors or first-line leaders
  • Experience selling into Local Government, Public Sector, or regulated markets preferred
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles and large deal sizes
