Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Directors to achieve revenue and activity objectives
- Own and execute the Local Government segment sales strategy and translate corporate strategy into actionable plans
- Maintain executive-level presence and build senior-level customer relationships across city and county governments
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Sales Directors or first-line leaders
- Experience selling into Local Government, Public Sector, or regulated markets preferred
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience leading complex sales cycles and large deal sizes
