Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Director - Walmart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Walmart Sales team to maximize growth and enhance processes

Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in CPG Sales and/or Retail Merchant/Buyer, with 5+ years at Walmart preferred
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams with 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of P&L and Trade Budget management
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop customer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for team development and results delivery
