Job Summary
Senior Sales Director, responsible for driving growth through broker relationships, consultative selling, and managing the sales cycle in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong broker relationships to influence benefit strategies
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieving assigned sales goals
- Deliver compelling demonstrations of the benefits suite to brokers and employers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience selling HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, Commuter, and HRAs
- Existing relationships with distribution partners (brokerage firms)
- Experience working with employers, providers, or consultants on employee benefit programs
- Direct selling experience to employers
- Bachelor's degree
