Job Summary

Senior Sales Director, responsible for driving growth through broker relationships, consultative selling, and managing the sales cycle in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong broker relationships to influence benefit strategies
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieving assigned sales goals
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations of the benefits suite to brokers and employers
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, Commuter, and HRAs
  • Existing relationships with distribution partners (brokerage firms)
  • Experience working with employers, providers, or consultants on employee benefit programs
  • Direct selling experience to employers
  • Bachelor's degree
