Job Summary
To drive the performance and growth of the Corporate revenue engine, the full-time Senior Sales Director will manage and coach a team of Account Executives, recruit top talent, and shape go-to-market strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage and coach Account Executives to ensure consistent revenue and pipeline health
- Recruit and develop high-performing sales teams, partnering with Talent/HR for effective onboarding
- Establish governance processes for enterprise deals and shape strategies for new logo acquisition
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a history of consistent quota attainment
- 5+ years of experience managing sales teams or sales managers
- Proven track record in recruiting and developing high-performing Account Executive teams
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Experience selling to large Fortune 1000 commercial enterprise accounts
