Job Summary

Leading and scaling a global sales organization, the full-time Senior Sales Director will develop and coach a team of Account Executives across North America and Europe, driving consistent revenue growth while collaborating closely with the CRO and CEO.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across multiple regions
  • Own the global team ARR quota and ensure accountability for performance
  • Build and maintain a rigorous pipeline review process using HubSpot and Gong
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a global sales leadership role
  • Experience selling into energy, power markets, utilities, or renewables
  • Proven track record of leading teams that consistently meet ARR quotas across geographies
  • Strong understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM at a process level
