Job Summary

Leading a full sales organization, the full-time Senior Sales Director will manage a team focused on net new SMB and mid-market business, driving bookings and sales methodology while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own bookings and forecast with accurate pipeline management
  • Drive SMB and mid-market new logo growth by building a repeatable sales engine
  • Coach and develop the sales team while representing the sales department in leadership discussions
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Fluency in modern sales methodologies such as Winning by Design or MEDDPICC
  • Experience in building quantified business cases and coaching others
  • Demonstrated ability to develop front-line managers and second-line leadership
  • Proven experience in implementing AI-supported workflows within a sales team
