Job Summary
Leading the sales efforts across the Foodservice channel, the full-time Senior Sales Director, Foodservice will drive revenue and growth by developing national account strategies, managing key customer relationships, and coaching a geographically dispersed team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute national account strategies and guidelines to enhance distribution and visibility
- Lead business development initiatives to identify new strategies and acquire customers
- Drive the annual business planning process for Foodservice key accounts and manage the national account budget
Required qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of Sales Management experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of the Foodservice industry in the US, particularly in business and industry segments
- Experience with national accounts and the On Premise channel
- In-depth knowledge of sales within the FMCG or spirits industry
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate effectively
