Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Global Sales Effectiveness Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and partner with Global Sales and Customer Success leaders to deliver targeted Sales Effectiveness programs
- Develop comprehensive training modules and certifications aligned with sales effectiveness pillars
- Build success metrics, refine partner-focused effectiveness, and assist in building a team of Global Sales Effectiveness professionals
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years leading global sales effectiveness and/or enablement strategies
- Experience in a sales role and leading high-performing teams in sales, preferably in a SaaS company
- Ability to think globally, pivot quickly, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, as well as coaching abilities
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills to drive faster sales cycles and revenue growth
