Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Consultant to lead and optimize sales enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sales onboarding and training programs focused on networking technologies
  • Deliver training sessions and coach sales representatives on methodologies and technical selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement efforts with sales strategies and KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or technical sales in networking or enterprise infrastructure
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDPICC
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and learning management systems
