Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Consultant to lead and optimize sales enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sales onboarding and training programs for networking technologies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement efforts with sales strategies and KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or technical sales in networking or enterprise infrastructure
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for technical audiences
  • Proven success in managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with sales methodologies and platforms like Salesforce and LMS tools
  • Certifications in sales methodologies such as Challenger or MEDDPICC are preferred
