Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide pre-sales support, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparations
  • Lead specialized assessments, customer journey mapping, and CX initiatives to improve customer experience
  • Manage a team of transformation consultants and CX analysts

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in customer experience management, consulting, and pre-sales support
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Consulting and BPO
  • Certification in Customer Experience (CCXP) or related field
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and methodologies
