Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage onboarding programs for new Sales and Business Development Manager hires
- Develop and implement ongoing training modules and manage sales content effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on GTM strategy and resource needs
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement, preferably in B2B enterprise software or health-tech
- Proficiency with Salesforce and experience managing a Sales Engagement Platform or Learning Management System
- Strong analytical skills to translate operational data into actionable insights
- Understanding of the healthcare buyer journey and value-based selling frameworks is a plus
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and optimizing technology systems
