Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to maximize the performance and success of its Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document the sales process in collaboration with sales leadership
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and ongoing skill development
- Coach and assess performance through monthly evaluations of sales interactions and provide targeted coaching
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training in a high-volume environment
- Proven understanding of the sales lifecycle and challenges faced by sales representatives
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems from a sales user perspective
- Bachelor's degree required
