Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to maximize the performance and success of its Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and document the sales process, establishing clear expectations for each stage of the sales cycle
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing skill development
  • Coach and assess performance through evaluations of sales interactions to identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training in a high-volume, short sales cycle environment
  • Proven understanding of the sales lifecycle and challenges faced by sales representatives
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems from a sales user perspective
  • Bachelor's degree required
