Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of enablement professionals supporting North American Sales
  • Own the North America enablement strategy and calendar, aligning programs to business priorities and revenue goals
  • Define and track KPIs linked to performance metrics such as ramp time, quota attainment, and deal velocity
Required Qualifications
  • Background in sales enablement, sales training, or a related revenue supporting role within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Experience in a quota carrying sales capacity with a strong understanding of field execution
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance gaps and measure program impact
  • Proficiency with enablement platforms and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
