Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product enablement and sales process execution, including new product launches and sales tooling rollouts
  • Build development programs for representatives and managers, including training frameworks and coaching tools
  • Measure impact of enablement initiatives and partner strategically with sales leadership to align priorities with revenue goals


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related roles in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
  • Proven track record of leading enablement programming lifecycles end to end
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, particularly for SMBs
  • Strong data fluency to connect enablement initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Experience with call coaching platforms and building structured certification programs
