Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product enablement and sales process execution, including new product launches and sales tooling rollouts
- Build development programs for representatives and managers, including training frameworks and coaching tools
- Measure impact of enablement initiatives and partner strategically with sales leadership to align priorities with revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related roles in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- Proven track record of leading enablement programming lifecycles end to end
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, particularly for SMBs
- Strong data fluency to connect enablement initiatives with measurable business impact
- Experience with call coaching platforms and building structured certification programs
