Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager who will design and facilitate training programs to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for sales roles
  • Own and operationalize sales methodology adoption through coaching and workshops
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create field-ready sales tools and resources
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of B2B sales enablement experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Experience working with technical product teams or in a developer tools environment
  • Fluency in sales methodologies, particularly Command of the Message and frameworks like MEDDIC
  • Experience enabling sellers in competitive environments against established competitors
  • Strong understanding of messaging and positioning related to technology and AI
