Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager who will design and facilitate training programs to enhance sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for sales roles
- Own and operationalize sales methodology adoption through coaching and workshops
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create field-ready sales tools and resources
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of B2B sales enablement experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Experience working with technical product teams or in a developer tools environment
- Fluency in sales methodologies, particularly Command of the Message and frameworks like MEDDIC
- Experience enabling sellers in competitive environments against established competitors
- Strong understanding of messaging and positioning related to technology and AI
