- Strong aptitude for structured problem-solving and process improvements
- Proven ability to deliver training and enablement to large audiences
- Strong data fluency with the ability to interpret complex datasets and define success metrics
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
