Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic enablement roadmap aligned with marketing and business growth priorities
- Bridge Marketing and Revenue teams to operationalize messaging and campaigns into effective sales plays
- Design and deliver high-impact enablement programs and core assets while measuring success through relevant metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles within B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven track record in building and executing enablement strategies across Sales, Customer Success, and Partner ecosystems
- Experience collaborating with Marketing to operationalize go-to-market initiatives
- Experience supporting global teams and multi-segment organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
