Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic enablement roadmap aligned with marketing and business growth priorities
  • Bridge Marketing and Revenue teams to operationalize messaging and campaigns into effective sales plays
  • Design and deliver high-impact enablement programs and core assets while measuring success through relevant metrics


Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles within B2B SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record in building and executing enablement strategies across Sales, Customer Success, and Partner ecosystems
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing to operationalize go-to-market initiatives
  • Experience supporting global teams and multi-segment organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
